Studio One 4 Nudge


Nudge

Select the events you want to move, turn Snap off and use the key command Alt plus the Left or Right arrow keys to nudge. With Snap on they will nudge by 1 tick. how do you move audio or anything back by smaller increments? i pressed alt and the arrow keys but its fixed and doesnt move back in smaller amounts can i have someone help me.
Computer: Asus Sabertooth x79 MOBO, 64 gb vengance Ram, 4gb windforce gigabyte Oc edition graphics card, processor: intel i7 3930 3.8 ghz 6 core, startech firewire card.

Make sure Snap is disabled (press N to turn it off)
To move left or right in small increments hold down Alt and use the left and right arrows to move

thanks dude. much appreciated. one more thing now it moves ever so slightly how do you increase the movement when its not snapped.

The only other thing would be to set the grid to 1/64, activate snap and nudge to those increments or you can always nudge manually.

yeh im used to cubase doing that. when you shift things its set to a beat grid and when you move them around it moves by what note value you set it at. in studio one if its not on grid it moves by what amount??? i just seem to be moving things by like 1000th of a beat on every nudge. can we control this parameter?

I want to nudge multiple events (not notes) by tick (less than 15 ticks) but I don't know how. Is it even possible in Studio One?
PC: ProBook 4710s, Core2 Duo CPU T9600 @2.80GHz, 8GB RAM
OS: Windows 7 Professional (Japanese) 64-bit SP1
Audio/MIDI: Quad-Capture (interface), A-800PRO (keyboard controller)
DAW: Studio One Producer 2.6.2 (64-bit), SONAR X3e (64-bit)
